Flip Book Quest

Watch the first video to see how to create your flip book. I have one light box that will be first-come, first-served.  You can also raise the blinds on the windows and use the window glass as a light box to trace your pages.

This project will take us 2-3 art studio times--you will NOT finish today unless you rush and want a messy flip book. Take your time!

Materials Needed:
Paper: 3x5 sheets - try to have at least 50 but more is great! Ms. Jamie will show you where the paper for this quest is.
Binder clip (you don't need until you're finished)
Pencil and Eraser
Sharpie
Materials to add color: markers (Sharpie or Mr. Sketch), water color pencils, colored pencils

Reminders:
Sketch your ideas in the sketchbook first - decide what is happening in your flip book and practice some of the details you'll be drawing
Draw in pencil FIRST
Go over pencil lines with Sharpie
Then add color to your drawings

Option: check out the video below for an interesting technique to try!
