Outdoor Time & RecessWith two 30-minute recesses per day for our older Eagles and 2+ hours of outside time for our Eaglets, AAM has made fresh air and outdoor play a priority. Check out the Spark Studio page to learn more about our Loose Parts play for our youngest learners.

Individual & Group FitnessEagles earn badges for personal and group fitness. Individual fitness involves setting and meeting personal goals. Group fitness involves fitness and sports quests to explore athletics and fitness as a community.

Mindfulness & MeditationWe begin each morning with mindfulness and a personal meditation time. This is a calming way to start the day and a nice time to enjoy peaceful community energy together.

Character BuildingIn our learner-driven studios, the Eagles have daily opportunities to put into practice lessons on building strong character, developing interpersonal skills, and Eagle-led conflict resolution. Soft skills such as these are vital in today's rapidly-changing world.
